Do you allow smoking in the room/on the property?

We are committed to providing our guests with the most comfortable stay that we can. Because of this, we do not permit smoking in any room. Smoking is permitted outside as long as the door to the room is shut and any windows around are shut. Smoke damage is very costly and time consuming to reverse. It can result in many days of lost revenue for us. Smoking in a room or the occurrence of smoke damage in a room will result in a $500 penalty per night of your reservation. If smoke damage is noticed during your stay with us, your reservation will be canceled immediately and the penalty will apply.
